The £2.50 Beautyblender Micro Mini Dupe? PS Pro Mini Blenders Review

08:30

I absolutely love the original Beautyblender, but I couldn't justify buying the micro mini versions. So when I seen these almost identical PS Pro Mini Blenders in Primark for a fraction of the price, I had to buy them!

When you buy the Beautyblender Micro Mini's you get two in a pack for around £14, whereas the Primark version costs just £2.50 for four! Which is amazing value as you could go through 5 pack of these and it would still be cheaper than Beautyblender's version!

The size of the Primark versions are almost the same as the Beautyblender ones, the colour is also very similar! They look almost identical. The texture of the Primark version feels slightly denser than the original Beautyblender. This means they may actually be less like to tear so I can imagine they'll last a good few months of daily use and regular cleaning.

When wetting the Primark version it expands, and feels nice and soft rather than very stiff like some cheaper dupes. Yet it has enough density to make it last a few months.

L - Dry Blender, R - Wet Blender
These do a great job of blending concealer especially under my eyes and around my nose. They are the perfect size for highlighting too! They don't absorb much product which makes them great for blending. I've already washed them multiple times, they clean so well!

Overall I'm really impressed! I think these are an amazing dupe from Primark, not just on price but performance too.

  1. Great review! Sounds like a great dupe for the beautyblender micro minis. I hope I could find these in Canada, as we don't have Primark here.

  2. At a fraction of the price of a beauty blender, these sound fantastic. I haven't tried the mini beauty blender but I think I would go with the dupes especially since they work just as well.

  4. Sounds like a really good deal to me. I hope they last a bit but even if they don't i think 4 for 2.50 pounds is quite ok.

  5. Am I the only one that doesn't like beauty blenders? Haha, I tried a couple of them and I didn't find them to be great, maybe I was using the wrong ones? Definitely trying these mini versions when I travel to London and visit Primark next month! x
